By using this site or submitting a form, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Use of the site

This site is for information and lead intake. Submitting a form starts a sales conversation, not a contract. Any work performed byBrazilian Lash Studio is governed by a separate written contract.

3. Prices, deposit and booking

Prices on the site are the studio's current prices and may change. A booking request is confirmed only after the 30% deposit is received (Venmo or Zelle). Cancellations without prior notice lose the deposit, and delays of more than 15 minutes cannot be accommodated.

4. Brand & content

All text, logos, images, and content on this site are property ofBrazilian Lash Studio or its licensors. Don't reproduce or redistribute without permission.

5. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". We don't warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content. Results vary from person to person, depending on natural lashes and aftercare.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brazilian Lash Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liability for any direct damages is limited to $100.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of CA, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in that state.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
